Three years ago i made account on deviantart, that what everything was started from. first i was using digital camera, two and half years ago I bought zenit 11, which is broken now. Now i have Minolta XD-11, and some minolta 55mm/1.7 lens. From the beginning of using film, I concentrate most of my attention on the portraits.
The favourite thing i guess is that, when i have camera in my hands, I am much closer to people, i always had problems with communication, since i was a child, so photography really helps me. Anyway, i still don't know what i can say with my works, now i think, that all of this years i was just pushing button, now i'm starting to think much more, i have couple of ideas in my head, they live there temporarily, i hope. :) I am dreaming to make session in the circus, with animals, acrobats and clowns, something crazy, colorful, emotional, even abstract. I don't like biggest part of nowadays fashion, it seems pretty boring for me, I love fashion of 90s, with beautiful models, who could play like actresses and photographers, who was real masters.
I was born on October 8th-1989, in Ukraine, Lviv. I still live here, but i wish i could find work somewhere abroad or, (this is even better!), not staying somewhere for long and travell around the world, finding new places for shooting and new beautiful faces.Anyway, I don't think it's kinda new dream or idea, and if I want make it real, I must work really hard. Rather I don't making any plans, I am working much more for myself, much more for learning now, three years ago i hardly could hold camera in my hands, month ago i was featured in Vogue Girl Korea magazine (July'11 issue), so who knows. Besides photography I am learning journalism.
I usually create pictures, looking at lines. Anyway, photography is just lines and emotions. So i like lines in this one.
I love lines in this too, and light of course. I made this photo one year ago, it was great day, nice sunset, nice light. We found something like secret garden, near private building.
Again lines and spots, light and shadows. I think it's most important part in photography and painting: looking at every picture like on something abstract.
